Frequently asked questions

What counts as a voice minute?

A voice minute is measured from when the call connects to when it ends. Both caller speech and AI response time count. If a call lasts 3 minutes, that's 3 minutes from your allowance.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrade instantly, downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. No long-term contracts on Starter or Pro.

What happens when I exceed included minutes?

Paid plans have soft caps with overage billing at €0.05/min. You're never cut off mid-call. The Free plan has a hard cap — calls are politely declined after 50 lifetime minutes.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves 15% (Starter: €169/mo, Pro: €424/mo billed annually).

What ITSM systems do you support?

Freshservice and HaloITSM today. Our MCP architecture is provider-agnostic — new integrations are added regularly.

Is my data stored in the EU?
