Every IT department we worked with had the same story
Hundreds of calls a month. Most of them the same 20 issues. Password resets. Ticket status checks. “My VPN won't connect.” Over and over.
The agents answering those calls were smart, capable people — stuck doing work that didn't need a human brain. They burned out. They left. And the cycle started again.
Chat-only AI tools helped with some of the text-based volume. But 40% of support still came through the phone. Nobody had solved that.

We built it on open infrastructure: LiveKit for real-time communication, MCP for ITSM integration, Kubernetes for tenant isolation. No proprietary black boxes. No vendor lock-in.
